Product Availability & Pricing

Most products displayed on the Site are available through the Site, as we all as select stores in the United States while supplies last.  In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available in all sizes and colors.

On t2company.com, we make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor – we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.  t2company.com cannot guarantee that product descriptions or the Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  If you determine that a product offered by t2company.com is not as described, please return it within 30 days of purchase in an unused condition (not worn, altered, or washed) with all original tags attached for a refund.

Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting  t2company.com’s products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets.  This Site is controlled and operated by T2C from its headquarters in Vernon, California.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.  Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles.  If any conditions or portions of this Agreement are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
