Shipping & Return Policy

Ordering

Once your order is submitted through a T2C, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM US PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. T2C will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Please note:  DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

Returns & Exchanges

- All returns must be processed on T2C "Product Returns" under "Customer Info" .

- Merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.

- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, any make up or sweat residue will not be acceptable.

- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

- All return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. 
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your returning merchandise package arrives at T2C within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from T2C.

Defective Merchandise

Please check all merchandise upon receipt.  All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of receiving order.  All claims made after 10 days of receiving merchandise will not be accepted.  Merchandise returned must not be worn, washed, or altered and must still have original tags attached.
